The December RRT3 Meeting, held Dec 2 - 4, 2025 has been canceled.

Due to the ongoing federal government furlough and the resulting uncertainty surrounding the work and travel status of many key RRT3 members, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming December meeting in Harrisburg.

Despite our hopes that the situation would improve, we lack sufficient clarity regarding the status of our members and their ability to attend. We deeply value your time, participation, and contributions to the RRT. We believe it's prudent to postpone the meeting until we can ensure full participation and a productive environment for collaboration, learning, planning, and coordination.

Therefore, the co-chairs recommend and have approved the cancellation of the December RRT3 meeting. We plan to move the scheduled presentations and agenda items to our next meeting in May.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause. We understand that this may disrupt your schedules, and we appreciate your understanding.

We look forward to seeing you all in May for a productive and engaging meeting.
