Due to recent changes in base security procedures and
associated logistical considerations, we have decided to change the venue for
our upcoming NY/NJ Regional Response Team (RRT2) meeting. Our meeting will now be held at the Middlesex
County Fire Academy, located at 1001 Fire Academy Drive in Sayreville, NJ. The dates – November 8th and 9th
– remain the same.
This will be an in-person meeting. We will
explore potential methods for a hybrid offering, but it does not appear likely
at this time. If that changes, I will
let you know. An updated agenda will be
sent out over the next few days as we confirm some remaining speakers.
Registration – With the change in venue, we have established an
online registration website for meeting attendees. For those of you who have already provided
the information that was required for access to Fort Dix to LTJG Oursler,
please be assured that your personal information will be properly disposed; and
I ask that you now register on the Eventbrite website below. For those who had not yet provided the
previously requested information (myself included!) to LTJG Oursler, please
register directly on the website at your earliest convenience.
While registration is not required to attend the RRT
meeting, it will assist us in ensuring adequate seating and other meeting
