Dear RRT III Members:
This is to extend an invitation to you to join us again at our next RRT III Meeting. We will meet at the Holiday Inn- Solomons Conference Center & Marina in Solomons Island, MD on May 9, 10 and 11 of 2017. Guest rooms will be available at the government rate of $91 plus tax/night. Please use the reservation code “RRT” to book your room and make sure to reserve it no later than May 1, 2017. Please note that you can still make a reservation after May 1st, but the hotel will not guarantee availability of rooms for us at the same rate after that date.
The Meeting Agenda is attached. Please note that we will have workgroups breakout sessions again, but this time we will start them on Tuesday and continue on Wednesday. A separate agenda will be shared for the IAC Meeting on Tuesday morning.
