Please join us again at our next RRTIII Meeting being held at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton in Lancaster, PA on November 14, 15 and 16 of 2017. Only 26 guest rooms remain available at the group rate of $106 plus tax/night. When calling please tell them you are with the Regional Response Team to ensure you get this rate. Please make your room reservation no later than Monday, October 30, 2017 to get this rate. You can still make a reservation after October 30, but the hotel will not guarantee availability of rooms for us at the same rate after that date.
The Draft Meeting Agenda is available under documents. We are still in the planning process, so I will be emailing out the finalized version of the Agenda closer to the date. Please note that we will have workgroup breakout sessions on Tuesday to continue into Wednesday morning. A separate agenda will be shared for the IAC Meeting on Tuesday morning.
After the meeting is over on Tuesday, November 14, we will be visiting PEMA in Harrisburg. The Commonwealth Response Coordination Center (State EOC) will be holding a drill that we can observe. If you are interested in attending, please let me know ASAP.
