We would like to announce that the next Caribbean
Regional Response Team (CRRT) meeting will be held Tuesday, December 2,
2025, and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in St. Thomas, USVI.
A separate Lithium-ion Battery Response Training session
will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025. This training session will
have a separate registration process as well.
Venue:
We will be
holding all activities from Tuesday, December 2, 2025, through Thursday,
December 4, 2025 in the Harbor View Room #4 at the Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa,
5 Estate Bakkeroe, St. Thomas, USVI 00801
Hotel
Reservations:
We will also
be setting up a room block with The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort &
Spa at the government
rate of $324 per night plus applicable state and local taxes and resort fees in
effect at the time of check-out. We will send more information once the room block
is secured.
Meeting Registration:
We have established a registration website for meeting
attendees. We have limited space in the venue. If you plan on attending, even
if you are not yet sure, please register by Tuesday, November 25, 2025,
at the following website: December 2025 CRRT Registration Link. Please
register individually and only register once.
Additional meeting information will be posted on the December 2025
CRRT Meeting Website and disseminated by email. If you are not
currently on the email distribution list and would like to receive future
meeting and other CRRT-related information, please contact me by email.
Likewise, if you no longer wish to receive CRRT-related emails, please let me
know and I will remove you from our distribution lists.
To ensure that all interested representatives are made
aware of this meeting, please pass on this notice to any other members of your
staff or agency/department, and to your local counterparts as well.
